City Council

We have one Councilmember representing our block club area as of January 1, 2026, Council Member Tanmay Shah of our newly drawn Ward 12. Previously our neighborhood was split between Wards 15 and 11.

Northwest Neighborhoods CDC

Northwest Neighborhoods (NWN) is a nonprofit provider of affordable housing and community development for Cleveland’s Cudell, Detroit Shoreway and Edgewater neighborhoods. NWN provides assistance for the development and maintenance of housing and commercial retail as well as neighborhood-building events.
